
I’m proud of the contributions I’ve made at Plan Medicare, where I’ve had the opportunity to make a real impact. I quickly noticed there was no social media strategy or cohesive branding in place, which left a gap in the company’s ability to establish credibility, build a community, and legitimize its presence. I explained the importance of a solid brand identity and how it would enhance trust and engagement. I proudly took on the initiative, creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Additionally, I revamped key webpages on the existing website and developed landing pages for important campaigns throughout the year.



































In this project, I revamped the “Meet Our Team” webpage to elevate its professionalism and visual appeal. By using AI to enhance and standardize the quality of each team member’s headshot, I replaced backgrounds to ensure a polished and consistent look across the board. Additionally, I created individual bio pages for each team member, showcasing their services, licenses, and key accomplishments. This upgrade enhances both the user experience and the presentation of the team’s expertise.



For Plan Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period Drug Plan Review, I designed a landing page that delivered key announcements in a simple, easy-to-read format. The layout was crafted with large text and straightforward navigation, ensuring accessibility for our target demographic. This landing page, featured in an email blast, impressed the CEO and successfully supported many of Plan Medicare’s clients.
