I truly believe that you can have all the material things you want in the world as long as you budget yourself realistically and organize yourself financially. It’s rare that I ever stress financially because I take the time to break everything down and plan. I do this often and I honestly feel it’s the best way to be successful.
People look at the nice things I have, assume I didn’t get them myself and then they put themselves in a category as if they don’t have the same 24 hours in their day.
What’s the point of working hard if you don’t have a plan?
Make money moves that will responsibly impact your future in a positive way.
And on another note, I feel that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting nice things. A nice big house, designer handbags, high-end dress shoes.. whats so bad about that?
I personally like to physically see where my money goes.
I used to spend a lot of my money on food and piercings and I look around now and I don’t see any food or piercings anymore. Right? But I stopped spending so much on food and now I look to my left and see my Louis Vuitton bag and my Mercedes Benz and I’m proud that my money went to something nice that I value and get to enjoy every day.
I don’t think wanting nice things is a bad thing and I also don’t think its unrealistic. Have a dream, set your goals, make a plan and watch each one of them get checked off your list.
